The program displays the time in two ways. It shows a graphic representation in 24 hour mode. With each digit having it's own column. Additionally the window caption displays the current time (also in binary) for your viewing pleasure.
The above time is: 11 hours, 17 minutes and 14 seconds.
Numbers from the bottom are 1,2,4 and 8. Just add the column to get the time. It's simple!
